Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect account details such as name and email; course purchases, enrollments, progress and activity; creator content and CRM data; support communications; device, security and usage logs; conversations with Knolyz AI coaches; and for creators, domain names and email account information. Stripe processes payment-card details and does not provide full card numbers to Knolyz. Email content is stored by Migadu, not Knolyz.

2. How we use information

We use data to provide and secure the service, personalize learning, process payments, send requested communications, measure product performance, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve Knolyz. AI conversations may be reviewed by authorized administrators for safety, compliance, and support.

3. Storage and security

Application data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL infrastructure with access controls, audit logging, backups, and transport encryption. Video is stored and delivered through AWS S3 and CloudFront. No system is completely secure; we maintain safeguards proportionate to the data and risk.

4. Service providers

We share only necessary data with service providers including Stripe for payments, Resend for platform email, AWS for media, DeepSeek for AI inference, Namecheap for domain registration, and Migadu for creator email accounts. For domains and email: Namecheap stores domain registration data; Migadu stores email accounts and email content. Knolyz does not store email content. Their processing is governed by their agreements and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

Account and commercial records are retained while an account is active and as required for legal, tax, fraud, and dispute purposes. AI conversation logs are retained for 90 days by default unless a shorter creator policy, safety hold, or legal requirement applies.

6. Your rights

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable export. Contact privacy@knolyz.com. We verify requests and respond within applicable statutory periods.

7. Children and international use

Knolyz is not directed to children under 13. Users must meet local digital-consent requirements. Cross-border transfers use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
